LCD or PLASMA?

Yeah if you play for that long straight, I would highly recommend buying LCD. Eventhough LCD tvs could still burn in as well, but it takes alot more for that to happen. Like having the same screen for days, maybe a couple of weeks at a time.

The XMR8, if thats what you meant has LED backlight. Its black level is supposed to rival plasma's but I don't know how well they do with motion blur. I pretty sure you won't reget that set anyways. It's a damn good LCD.

Have you checked out the motion blur test results?
