Im refusing to buy any HD anniversary or special edition until the majority if not all extras are in HD.

Well, it's silly to insist that all extras be in HD if they weren't originally produced that way. Are you going to turn down fantastic interviews and behind-the-scenes footage simply because they were filmed in SD? What about interviews with those who are no longer with us?

Bottom line is that they're extras. They're icing on the cake. If they're in HD, great. If not, no biggie.
