If you mean technically, Funimation's Dragonball Z movies look pretty spiffy--

If you mean in terms of selection, the Japanese just aren't getting it.
Frankly, it'd be better having no anime on BD at all, rather than having our only selection be "Paprika", "Tekonkinkreet" and GITS2:Innocence.

(And you thought OUR early-adopter catalog was bad last year!)
