I decided to call Klipsch support and explain everything to them from all the forum info and testing. The Rep ask the S/N and found out that the subs were built around the same time from the same batch. They are in process of sending me two amps to replace inside my subs.

The Rep hasn’t decided if they want these two back for testing to find the problem or not.
