I'm usually pretty even-keeled, but this is annoying the crap out of me! Mrs. Black is even more annoying...there is no ingenuity!

Yeah. I don't want to sound like some elitist forumer, but it seems to have gotten a bit out of hand. Between the three of them, one guy always tried to force people to write a thesis defending their answers, the second guy always responded to every post in his threads to bump them back up, and the third guy, who knows what he's doing? I didn't particularly hate any of them, I just hated the lack of thought put into a majority of the threads they were making.

These new ones, as you said, are just horrible.

I guess I should really calm down, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that sees the proliferation of these post-whoring threads for what they are.

LOL. I had the same thought either last week or the week prior. I even went so far as to copy a series of about 12 poll links into a word file and started my "What is your favorite poll" poll. In the end, I figured it would just piss certain pollsters off, and probably get me a warning (if not worse).

Glad to hear that....I thought prior to starting this thread that I'd get creamed for expressing myself like that. It's not something I normally do, because I respect the opinions of all. This useless proliferation of wasting meaningless space just annoys the crap out of me and I had to say something.
