Activision/Blizzard would probably be even more expensive than EA, wouldn't it?
Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3 Mac Only would bomb in sales I believe. Apple would not recoup their losses of the Act/Blizz purchase and I don't believe all that many people would buy a Mac for said games. One of Blizzard's biggest selling points is that they aren't computer hogs, so people don't need to upgrade to play their games. Given that, how many people are going to rush out to buy a whole new (arguably) overpriced computer just to play said game? |
