Have any of these been announced or just rumored? LOTR has, but only the theatrical and that is just Fellowship, but I do understand that they plan on a huge release when the Hobbit nears. Snow White has been announced, and I must say that Disney has really made an effort for the format. Snow White will release on Blu-ray before DVD. That is the level of commitment that I am talking about, but they are only one studio. And they cannot release too many at once or nobody will buy, of course.
