Shame the picture quality is rough, but probably the only option, it seems.

The Miramax and non-Miramax theatrical cut DVDs all have a 99 min run time. From memory, the differences were all text-based: a different subtitle track and closing cards at the end. Maybe there were opening cards too but I haven’t seen either version in over ten years.
Movie Censorship only compares the theatrical and director’s cuts so no help there.
