We need to separate the sockpuppets, trolls and other corporate shills that are at the source of most of that deception....from those folks that go looking for information and are misled by them. Not eveyone who has purchase HD DVD deserves to be slammed....just those responsible for what they have been sowing.

I agree with you 100%. My aim was not a shot-gun blast at the whole HD-DVD group, just those who have slammed us and there are many out there.
Yes, for the average consumer, I feel bad for them for being lied to and lead astray and most of all, throwing their money away.

I guess I should show Apocalypto at my 7 year old niece's next party, since it's now for kids. Although maybe they would prefer Sin City, Pulp Fiction or some other "kids movie".

You mean the transformers animated movie, right?

The live action movie was pretty boring.

oh, i see.

A good portion of sales might be imports. Only ezy dvd stocks em, and if I do walk into a store you'll likely find many copies because there are no HD-DVD players in australia. Only time I found one was at ground level at a department store and I had to look very hard for it.

"Disney movies r for kids. Anyway Transformers will even things up."

That includes a hell of alot more than The Little Mermaid, etc. What about every Jerry Bruckheimer movie since crimson tide. Sony, Disney, and Fox own a lot of media property. I hope Transformers comes out in japan on blu. I'd rather watch it in japanese that the non PCM sound on HDDVD.

Remember guys, the average age of the HD-DVD fan boys is about 12. They got in because it was the "cheapest", and now they act like they're cheering their side to win in a frog jumping contest.
