I thought Whip It was awsome. Got it today and loved it. Actually watching it again and watching it with friends this weekend.

The only 'Whip It' I know of is the song by Devo. That's probably why there isn't much talk about it cause alot of people have never heard of it.

It's a good movie. About a high school beauty pagent girl that gets into roller derby. With character names like the Hurl Scouts and Jabba the Slut how could you not like it?

The main reason is it was a bomb at the box office. That doesn't mean it's not a good movie, as I just saw it on Sunday and loved it, but it's box office failure is a big reason why. I know you already have been informed about the five page thread, but oh well.

I got it for $17.99 plus tax, but that was thanks to a cashier at Best Buy price matching Target's price for the DVD version and not the Blu-Ray version.

It's a shame it didn't get a cheaper price tag when it was released last week because it deserves to be successful. I was prepared to pay the $24.99 it was supposed to be though, so that obviously didn't matter to me.

Yeah, it was a nice surprise. Too bad I couldn't do that with every movie.

Dude I am dead serious. I just watched it for the second time in 24 hours AND am gonna watch it this weekend with some friends.

Oh and other character are Princess Slaya, Iron Maven, Eva Destruction and some others. It's great.

I got it for 24.99 and it is well worth it.

That's a good price for a good movie imo. I would have jumped on it for that price if I didn't already own this, but I only paid 3 more dollars on release day because of a price matching error.
