It's not so dramatic dude. I just want whatever played in the theaters to be included, like Blade Runner etc., it's not hard to do and these will be Fox/LFL discs which means they won't be cheap. It's not like I'm going to say "yes! please give me less stuff than other movies!"

What?

While the TPM doesn't look great on DVD, AOTC is a transfer from the digital source files and looks fantastic to my eyes.

Still, neither of them can be compared to VHS! Come on P@T!

You are putting me on, right?

AOTC doesn't seem very sharp, because it's a DVD, but it's one of the best DVDs out there IMO.

Anyone else has an issue with the PQ of AOTC??

Not if people don't like/need a certain version of it. I thought it would be stupid to buy the Theatrical Version of LOTR, but a lot of people didn't

Edit*** And some people might factor in the price to see if they really need both versions, even though i know i want them

the smart thing to do (as pricey as it will be) is to put all 6 movies out in one set, due to the fact that if you try to sell them as seperate trilogies the prequels won't get bought

Face it, George Lucas is not as greedy as people generally like to make he seem.
How many DVD releases did SW have?

In order of release date:

2001: TPM

2002: AOTC

2004: OT SE

2005: ROTS

2006: OT SE + OT unaltered as Bonus material

2008: PT box set, OT SE box set

, so please tell me where the ripping-off part is!?

Did anyone know that George Lucas does loads of charity and gives millions and millions of $ away?? Nobody ever mentions that!

Well, he has millions and millions (dare I say 'billions'?) of cash, so it's understandable that he wants to do something good with it .
And three re-releases of the same OT SE discs is a little bit greedy, yeah.

Original trilogy, both regular and special editions assuming they would be together. If not just original editions.

That and Revenge of the Sith.

Since you added this in the poll "The Ultimate Box Set, including all 6 movies and all versions (SE and Unaltered)" then you made it an easy choice for a lot of people, it would have been interesting to see the poll without that choice.

I choose unaltered and SE since the option was there but if no unaltered it available and only the SEs then I could not care less. I just want Starwars on bluray.
