Ok, I think now we know that everyone has got different favorite lines in the movies... and some people donīt like any lines involving the word brain.

on the polish dubbing:
I only tried to say that when scenes are being dubbed over in poland it might indicate that there are some all new scenes which are being dubbed in some countries. Iīm happy for anything that indicates that more work is done on the movies before they are released on Blu-Ray. Iīd really like to see (hear) all stormtrooper voices replaced by Temuera Morrison.

On further Special Editions:
Wouldnīt anyone including those people intolerant to the Special Edition like to see the the revision or enhancement of the movies being finished now that all six are out. Maybe redo Sy Snootles in RotJ, maybe even reincorporate the original Song, enhance backgrounds, etc ...
What Iīm trying to say is... with todays technology it would be possible to finish the Special Edition in a proper way. Nobody likes to see it halfway when it could be done to the end! I mean the Special Edition was done in 1997... effects and technology has really evolved since then.

I always chuckle to myself when I hear the 1000 years of slow digestion if I was swallowed by the Sarlacc I wouldn't plan on living that long. I've heard she's only got basic cable down there, and she's a remote hog....

But in the OT the Storm Troopers aren't all Clones, I've always thought there was some kind of National Service, Draft or Academy (isn't that were Biggs went?) process they went through.

They'd all be in they're 50's though and there isn't any mention of them in the OT that they are Clone's. Plus there are all the other officers it makes sense that the Empire would have some diversity 23 years after the Clones were introduced.

EU sez that the digestive juices in the Sarlacc's belly have some sort of mutative power which does actually keep people alive for that long. Kinda makes sense when you consider that the Sarlacc's meals are probably few and far between in the desolate Dune Sea. So why not string out your dinner for a bit longer?

No they're not. They're conscripts, with the clones having been retconned in.

No, not all clones. Kinda of a mixed bag really of enlisted and some clones. IIRC, Cody is the last of the OG clones who was still around.

One of my favorite lines:

Luke "I know! I know!

He says that right after he got done playing with his mattel die-cast AT-AT and Snowspeeder toys on Hoth, but before he crashed down on Fraggle Rock.

Default Clones

They are not all in the same age of course...
Clones would be produced over and over. Why wouldnīt one think the Troopers arenīt clones? They is no mention of them not being clones in the Saga.

That further explains the line "Arenīt you a little short for a stormtrooper?"

I started watching AOTC late last night, and for the first time I really read, paid attention to, and understood the opening crawl. Guess I never really paid attention to it before.

(Watching it also reminded me how terrible Christianson is. Even McGregor is terrible in that Dex scene. Ouch)

LOL. And you seem to be one hell of a reader comprehensionist. I said I DID read and understand the scroll. After many years.

And you're right about me misspelling his name (though it's ironic considering your grammar above). I guess that necessarily means I hate movies....

Indeed. Felt a little too obvious to me he was talking to a character who (at the time) was non-existent.

I'm sure it wasn't an easy task, to his credit.
