I am ok with them leaving the music as is. I find it's a pretty good intro for Darth as he walk's in. I would not have mind if they had gone ahead and change it but just as happy they left it be.

Make's me wonder how they will calculate the sales for this release?

Most likely, the complete set will be the big seller, follow closely by the original set since many fans won't be to interested by the prequels. The prequels set will probably be bought by those who dislike the look of the complete set and would rather have the two sets instead.

Will they just make the calculation from all sets sold?

If these are indeed from the BD, how do we know they aren't unfinished versions that somehow wound up on the web?

Actually Amazon.com keeps getting more pre-orders each day.
If these so called rips have not been taken down yet than obviously they are fake.
Do you not think Lucasfilm has learned their lesson when the 2004 rips were leaked.

I'm still buying, that lightsaber issue don't bother me much. But man, this is really odd. All the trouble with press previews, restoration article, etc. I don't get it.

How can you take down something you:

1. Are not yet aware of
2. Is outside of your jurisdiction legally (check the latest case of Lucasfilm trying to prevent sales of the stormtrooper helmets by the original designer in the UK, they failed). Most of these torrent/pirate sites rest in a jurisdiction that allows the activity they undertake and are therefore outside of the law.
3. is coming from an unknown source, but being hosted by CHD. Is hosting an offense, or the ripping and posting?
4. once it is out it spreads like wildfire. Soon all sites have it and it is unfeasbale and uneconomical to even try to stop it. They will likely do something as they did when the ROTS workprint got out, and pursue the individual responsible as an example. The workprint was available everywhere after 24 hours.
