Not much to report from the bbfc site, all to do with the special features discs.

They have however listed full runtimes for the deleted scenes such as:

00:00:48:10

(YODA COMMUNES WITH QUI-GON)

Brief chat with a ghost!!!! He couldn't have run off in terror then seeing as this was Yoda's first knowledge of force ghosts LOL

EDIT: Although not a definitve list (it looks like what they have seen today, probably more after the weekend), no sign yet of any trailers. That would be a travesty! I couldn't give a flying fig about Vader saying no, but no trailers in HD would be a massive oversight and shortcoming for the COMPLETE saga.

48 seconds is way too short for that amount of dialouge the scene had scripted, pretty much confirms that the Liam Neeson dialouge was NOT recorded.

Considering it changes the tone of the film's climax entirely, you should've thought otherwise.

The wampa scenes are a bit more meaty:

00:02:27:03 (DELETED WAMPA SCENES)

00:02:33:19 (VADER'S ARRIVAL AND REACHING OUT TO LUKE) - Lukes lightsabre scene, comparable in length to wampa

00:08:03:10 (UTAPAU CHASE ANIMATICS) - Urrghhh, pointless

00:00:25:05 (TRASH TALKING DROID)

00:04:58:24 (TOSCHE STATION)

00:00:31:13 (THE SEARCH FOR R2-D2)

00:00:53:09 (THE LOST TWENTY)

00:00:20:08 (THE FATE OF GENERAL VEERS)

00:00:18:10 (THE BATTLE IS OVER)

00:01:59:19 (TATOOINE SANDSTORM)

00:00:42:12 (STORMTROOPER SEARCH)

00:00:48:10 (YODA COMMUNES WITH QUI-GON)

00:00:13:11 (OLD WOMAN ON TATOOINE) - is this confirmation of the existing TPM deleted scenes being included?

00:01:59:17 (LUKE & LEIA: MEDICAL CENTRE)

00:03:19:04 (MUSTAFAR DUEL ANIMATICS)

00:00:45:02 (LOBOT'S CAPTURE)

00:01:03:16 (LUKE'S RECOVERY)

00:01:59:17 (LUKE & LEIA: MEDICAL CENTRE)

00:00:51:12 (LEIA TENDS TO LUKE)

00:00:22:00 (JERJERROD'S CONFLICT)

00:00:53:15 (HIDING IN THE ASTEROID)

00:01:29:05 (HAN AND LEIA: EXTENDED ECHO BASE ARGUMENT)

00:03:31:08 (MUSTAFAR DUEL / LAVA RIVER ANIMATICS)

00:00:57:15 (EXTENDED SPEEDER CHASE)

00:01:21:19 (EXTENDED POD RACE WAGER)

00:02:22:23 (ESCAPE THROUGH THE HANGER)

00:06:20:14 (KAHYYYK AND ORDER 66 ANIMATIC)

00:01:25:21 (ELEVATOR ANTICS)

00:00:24:17 (DARTH VADER WIDENS THE SEARCH)

00:01:49:12 (CHANGES TO CONSTITUTION) - Disc 7 so PT

00:06:50:07 (CANTINA ROUGH CUT) - AKA black and white version

00:00:17:15 (BATTLE ON THE BOARDING RAMP)

00:09:06:20 (BATTLE OF ENDOR: THE LOST REBELS)

00:00:17:02 (BAIL ORGANA OF ALDERAAN)

00:00:20:10 (AUNT BERU'S BLUE MILK)

00:00:26:08 (ANAKIN KILLS SHAAK TI)

00:00:24:20 (ALTERNATE BIGGS AND LUKE REUNION)

00:01:45:05 (ALTERNATE HAN AND LEIA KISS)

00:00:55:00 (ANAKIN'S NIGHTMARE)

00:00:15:23 (ANAKIN'S RETURN)

00:00:41:24 (ANAKIN AND RUWEE)

That's the 40 up so far, but no sign of the other PT deleted scenes. At this point, looking like not included but a way to go yet.

I see what you mean. I think it is not about the word at all. Many people in this thread are waiting for month to start a riot. They were just waiting for ANY detail about a change to go wild about it. We know for months that changes will be made. It´s been officially confirmed by Lucasfilm.

Before the changes were spotted people were tearing the Set apart out of thin air ...

They simply love to hate it. I´ll never get it!

I remember saying something very similar back in July, before much of anything was known about the Blu-ray. There is for sure a group that was looking for any reason to hate this set. The smallest thing would work, did not matter what. It turned out to be the NO!

It's like I said, it's not the release they want and as such it as to be destroyed at every chance they can get.

Is the NO needed? For me my opinion, no it's not needed. However was the reaction some of them had over it a bit over the top? Very much over the top.

It's not even a debate. It's logic, storytelling sense and knowing what not to touch. Clearly, GL lacks in all 3 departments.

Nice reminders. They also say some people don't experience all of these stages and not always in the same order. I think I'm on step 5 and skipped step 4, thankfully. No need to be depressed when I can watch the OUT any time I want already. Like others, I'm at peace with Lucas and his tinkering nature. I'm ready to see his latest "director's cut" and suspect he is nearly finished editing his movies to his satisfaction. Maybe he'll have one more crack at it for the inevitable 3D box set in a few years?

Back in 1979 or so, I got my hands on a VHS copy of Star Wars that was about five generations old and the first generation VHS copy was recorded by pointing a video camera at a movie screen. The sound was tinny and the image was horrible. But, man oh man, I owned a copy of Star Wars before it was ever (officially) released on on VHS. I watched that ugly copy at least 30 times (usually with a group of friends). The image was so bad that, at times, you couldn't even make out who or what was on the screen. But that didn't bother us. We were watching Star Wars at home!!

How ironic that the inaccurate color of a lightsaber is something that bothers me today. Back then, I could barely see the lightsaber and I was happy.

Technology marches forward.

Go ahead and save it. If you'll also notice, the contrast is turned up too high in the 1993 THX version. There needs to be a medium between those two versions as far as blacks go and I hope the BD has done just that.

Which again is something that's open to interpretation, by the individual.

I thought it was odd when I watched how the scene played out with the change, and personally don't care for it.
