The "50th Anniversary Script to Screen Feature," which is listed as a bonus according to the first page of this thread, is the read-through (well, technically, I think it includes some footage of the read-through). The UK version of this runs about 15 minutes (according to the BBFC), so it is not a full read-through of Day of the Doctor.

There are only two items in the UK 50th Anniversary collection that are not mentioned as being included in the Matt Smith Years Blu-ray set:
