All I want to know is which one is best for me. I care MORE about extras than I do about picture quality, but not to the point of watching a bad transfer.

Scarlet Box seems hard to obtain these days. Not sure about opinions on the regular Trilogy set from Arrow (same discs as the scarlet box I think?). Apparently the Quartet is missing some extras, and according to some, what they've added is weak. The Tetratology I've not seen much talk of. I don't even see a thread for that one. I don't see any difference between the Tetratology and Quarter outside of packaging... No idea where to go from here.
I've got the "Quartet of Torment" 4K set, but I kind of wish I waited and got the "Tetralogy" 4K set instead because I prefer that packaging. You lose the hardbound book, but the discs come in individual cases which I prefer. The "Quartet of Torment" set is a digibook or digipack type packaging where it folds together whereas the "Tetralogy" has each disc in it's own individual case. If you don't care about having the hardbound book, which I don't, go with the "Tetralogy" set, I think the "Quartet of Torment" set might be or close to OOP anyways.

As far as the extras go, I think the only thing that wasn't carried over from the old "Scarlet Box" blu-ray set is the "Leviathan: The Story of Hellraiser" documentary. Which maybe they lost the rights to or they simply couldn't fit it on the discs? I really don't know, but the extras content for the "Quartet" and "Tetralogy" is exactly the same I believe. Hope this helps.
