I also would like to know why The pirates pf the carribean 2 and 3 are so pixilated on the back (I think it may be Australia's new plant that has started making blu's ggrrrr).

Also who would you call about Twilight's lack of lossless sound [which it says it has, but doesn't], is there a replacment program?

You sure? when I used BDInfo on it, it came back with LPCM (https://forum.blu-ray.com/2892853-post1156.html). Although the back cover does say TrueHD instead.

Im trying to get an email for MGM Australia, and thought it might be good if we compile a list of contact details for all the studios, incase of errors and complaints etc. I want to email MGM and find out why the cover for Valkyrie is in such bad form (pixilated).

Heres the ones I know of so far;

Roadshow Entertainment (NZ): info@roadshow.co.nz
Warner Brothers Aus: AUCustServ@warnerbros.com
Icon Home Entertainment Aus: +61 (0)2 8594 9030 (no email so far)
I am also interested in the Valkyrie cover as I own it and the quality is poor. Coming from a graphic design background, what it looks to me like is them having printed what equates to a draft version. In this case it seems like the final file has been output at a low resolution equivalent to a draft (eg 72 DPI) rather than a full res file.

Anyways, in this case luckily you won't need a contact for MGM. 20th Century Fox are actually responsible for the distribution of all MGM titles so you can contact them using this online form here: http://www.foxmovies.com.au/contact

Almost the entire front cover has been rasterized at a terrible low rez quality, suffering badly from compression artifacts in the process. My guess is the wrong draft by the designer was sent to/or used at the plant for spec'ing because most of the back looks fine and still to have retained its vectors.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with Paramount. Bought the GodFather box set and finally got around to watching it. Anyway halfway through GF P2 the disc froze then finally jumped forward approx 20mins and played normal from there on. Checked the disc and its clean as. It does it every time in the exact same spot.

That problem is something I've heard of before. Lots of people had this issue with the UK set (apparently there was a bad batch). This page at play.com has further info.

Paramount Pictures doesn't have a home entertainment section in Australia any more if I remember correctly, so your best bet is probably contacting Paramount Pictures direct:

208 Clarence St
Sydney NSW 2000
(02) 9264 7444

Their site also lists ben_beard@paramount.com.au as their website contact, however considering the fact that paramount.com.au is actually a seafood company and not their site I'm sure they've gotten heaps of emails!

In that case I'd try ben_beard@paramountpicturesaustralia.com.au which may get you there, but as I mentioned I guess if that was actually checked regularly someone might wonder why they never actually get any emails.

Safest bet is probably just to call, and while you're at it maybe let them know that unless they're in the seafood business they might want to update their email contact.

I was in search of an e-mail address for Icon Home Entertainment... there is an e-mail address on their facebook group, which might be worth trying, though it appears to be a Competition type e-mail address:

comps@iconfilm.com.au
