Default Panasonic G10 & Onkyo 605 INPUT syncing

Is there any way that when I select an input on the TV, that it switches out the corresponding input on my onkyo receiver? I don't like how with the vieracast if I shut off my TV, it powers off the receiver. Presently I use a cable ant. + optical and select CAB/SAT on the Onkyo, PS3=HDMI 1 on TV, and DVD, and HDMI 1 on receiver. 360 is HDMI 1 on TV, and Game on Onkyo. Thanks

They way I accomplished this was by purchasing a Logitech Harmony ONE, universal remote. Your able to program it to do exactly what your trying to accomplish by the push of a single button.
