how to connect psp to ps3 with remote play?

hi, im having probelms with the remote play and it is really annoying me, i have registered the device with the ps3 and gone to network and remote play on the ps3; and connected it via internet on the psp after putting in sign in id. a screen comes and says please wait (on the psp) but after about 10 seconds is say error occured and it keeps doing this.ive read the instruction manuals and it does not tell me what im doing wrong, could anyone please give me some tips or tell me what im doing wrong thanks.

Since you didn't really specify what you tried so far, did you do the following already?

1. You need to chose a user that you set to 'Auto login' when the PS3 starts
2. Go to 'Settings' > 'Remote Play Settings' and make sure 'Remote Start' is set to 'ON'
