Sunshine (European version) question - Blu-ray Forum

Today I purchased (finally) Sunshine on Bluray here in Belgium and I have heard that it features Profile 1.1 PIP technology. But it says nothing of the sort on the cover. Instead it mentions a "smart menu" allowing a scrolling menu during the movie. I'm sure that it is nice but I'd like to know if it features the PIP video commentary as promised in the American version or not ?

It was mentioned by one of the moderators here that the EU edition does not have PiP. The American version will have PiP. I am not sure why this is the case though.

Never heard of this title before a month ago... what's the deal? Is it a good movie?

I enjoyed if very much and the picture and sound is top notch.

Sunshine is one of the best films of 2007 in my opinion.

Only the US version has 1.1, hence the extra 3 month delay

Damn that's unfair !
I was curious to see how that PIP thing works. Though I could not see it yet since I am still awaiting the firmware update by Sony allowing my PS3 to manage PIP ...
