In celebration of it's 30th anniversary, Disney is releasing Return to Oz on Blu-ray, for the first time, exclusive to Disney Movie Club members.

I still haven't received the initial 4-5 27 cents choices yet so I may have to re-signup for DMC though.
I've always preferred Return to Oz over The Wizard of Oz (1939) since the former adheres quite closely to the atmosphere of the books, is a faithful adaptation of them, isn't an unnecessary Broadway style musical, and is the style of any proper future remakes or readaptations of the books deserve.
Hoping DMC will release the other two Dexter Riley/Kurt Russell movies on Blu-ray. Same for more Herbie, even the Bruce Campbell TV (?) movie.

DMC also bans people from ever joining again if they get even the slightest impression that's what purchases are being used for

They do keep track of 3rd party sellers who sell their exclusives

They're exclusive to DMC for a while IIRC

I used to belong to the Columbia House movie club in the 90's, which had a similar membership commitment. I didn't want to ever join a club like that again but it looks like I'll have to now. Are these Disney exclusives generally good quality?

I'm sure it will be yet another exclusive that has DVD quality sound. If it comes with at least a DTS HD MA 2.0 track that would worthwhile otherwise I have money to spend my money on that are full HD releases.
