Default Samsung's Black Line

I noticed today that there is a solid, straight black line just below the big black bar on top of the screen (you know, the black horizontal bars o top and bottom). It just started happening today.

Any fix? Or is my LCD defective (Samsung 4665)?

I think most of the time when a row of pixles goes out its vertical.

At least every one I have seen, but not positive.
