remedy for bd skips

Hi, I just recently watched the resident evil extinction, im very impressed but it skips right in the middle where that dude drove that big truck right in the crowd of zombies and then it just skips right through where everything was blown up, and they were hopping on to the helicopter. i looked at the disk it was pretty clean and i tried it on my other PS3 and it did the same. can these skips be fixed? thanks
