TNT Skips? - Blu-ray Forum

When i watch the NBA Playoffs on TNT... it sometimes skips... pauses... loses part of the picture and then puts it back together.... ANY idea as to what might be going on? It is the ONLY channel to do this

Its probably their feed. Different channels will have this happen at different times. I remember when the NCAA tournament was on, CBS was having this problem. Its probably harder to broadcast a live feed.

I dont think it is that though becuase i have friends who say it doesnt do that on theirs... possibly the cable company?

I have this happen on my cable box sometimes, though it's on all HD channels, not just TNT. I think it's the cable box, since on some of my newer boxes I've never had this happen.

I really don't know much about how cable feeds work, but if I had to guess it could be that not every area of the country recieves as strong of a signal as others. So it could be your cable company and the feed it is recieving.
