Default Need info on HDMI sound
I've been looking around for a home theater system and had a few questions. Ive seen some people say that HDMI inputs sometimes only show picture and you need to use seperate inputs to recieve the sound. I just purchased a 56 Inch rear projection and i have HD cable and a PS3 I would like to hook it up too. If anyone could shed some light on why some recievers only show video and some do both I would appreciate it. I also have a decent sized apartment and if anyone could give some suggestions on a good surround sound system it would be great. Im pretty new to all this and dont know alot about any of this so far so if you could explain it it would help lol
