Default Best flaming holiday log on BD

I do not have a real fireplace in my townhouse so I want to get a new high-def flaming holiday log BD to replace my oldray DVD of Radiant Fireplace (the one from Bed, Bath & Beyond). Does anyone have any of these and iif so, which is the best?

https://www.blu-ray.com/search/?acti...archbutton.y=0

One other BD I am consider is this one:

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/movies.php?id=1250

Any recommendations? Thanks in advance. Would it be easier if I make this a pole?

(forget about the pole, I can't figure it out)

My cable company actually has one On Demand in HD for FREE. Free is the best choice for me. There is also a snowman, not much excitement there as it is a real snoman and does nothing but stand there in the snow.

I noticed that Sam's Club had a Blu Ray of a fireplace. I think there were several different types of fires you could choose from. I'm not positive what brand or anything, but I think it was under $10.

It was my understanding that there were technical problems with the first Fireplace Flaming Log BD from various customer reviews. I would go with Flaming fireplace Log: The sequal. Just to be safe.

Unfortunately the PIX Yule Log is not on BD yet. If you check those on Amazon, you will find the HD Moods fireplace does pretty well. But they all fall short of the Yule Log. I'll stick to my recording.

First one is ok. It's not like the regular yule log that was on demand in HD from Comcrap. They zoom in on the fire and it's real and all, but just seems rushed and cheap. Not sure how to explain it. They also change views every so often. Don't like that.

Couldn't see where the first one linked, but if it was "Yule Log: Christmas by the Fireplace":
It's not bad--in that it had nice steady close-up with occasional fades, an optional crackle-only track, and the PQ looked clean enough...But apart from one Ray Charles rendition of "Rudolph", the music is almost entirely John Tesh-y soft-jazz lounge, and a little public-domain cheapo at that.
(A track marked "Sleigh Ride" turns out to be a classical piece, simply because they couldn't afford Leroy Anderson or the Boston Pops.)

Nothing wrong with it (and haven't rented "Wonderland"); I'm just more of a full-hardcore holiday softie to want either Bing Crosby, Mannheim or 101 Strings to go with my yule fireplaces in 1080.

As in yule...yule log. Not a log! I don't have a log. At least not in the sense that you think I said I do.

I was just blouse--browsing.

Default Yule likely be sorry

I bought Yule Log, and am a little sorry.

All I want is a steady shot of a fireplace burning... maybe the extra log thrown on. Yule Log starts off with a new fire, then 'cuts' forward and backwards in time to different shots (even some close ups) of the fire. So in one shot you could be up close and halfway burned through, then the next song is back to when the fire was 'younger' (which I don't like).

Speaking of songs, It starts off with a Ray Charles Christmas song, then bounces around between overproduced lyric-less Christmas favorites that have been 'covered' in differing styles. Personally, I don't like the music as it isn't even close to some of the more popular treatments we're all used to.

PQ is 'okay' to 'good', SQ is the same. It just isn't good enough IMO.

The best thing about it is sound-wise you can select crackling, music, or crackling&music.

Doc
