How long did you play it for?

Which plasma?

I play a bit of games, but phosphor lag kills the joy.

Is the lag really that bad? I just bought the panasonic 850 and getting it delivered Saturday, I play a lot of games and now I'm concerned.

Yea, I was convinced by this forum that Panny Plasmas are the way to go... I don't game no, but want a PS3 since my brother has one. So I would start gaming again. But all this P-Something Lag and Burn In scares me, if I spend $2,000+ I want a nice viewing experience. The only LCD I been interested in is the Sony 52" XBR 6.

i game all the time, 4 and 5 hours sessions of cod4 on my panny 80u and have never had IR, Burn in or Lag, I have never seen or experienced phosphor lag and have never seen IR even after looking for it several times.

What settings do you have your tv on? are your settings particularly bright?

Now that makes me feel better, I COD4... When I had my XBox 360 and was sick, I think I had a 12 Hour session, . Lol.

Possibly...i have bad vision though...if things aren't at at least a 35-45 on brightness it's tough to see things...that goes for movies too. and for those who asked, I have the Panny 85U.

I was the master, lol. I just used a knife and 1911, with the perk that allows you to run fast. I would carry a Sniper Rifle for just in case moments. But mostly ran the field with a knife and 1911. I have not played in months, so who knows how good I am anymore. Oh and my Kill to death ratio was positive, lol.

I have played Resistance 2 for 4-5 hours a night for the past few weeks (yeah, I have no life) on my 3 month old Panny Plasma and have had no problems what so ever
