My Ps3 is still working??? (Plz Help!)

Hi, I think after talking to a few people, this problem might not just be isolated to me.

My Ps3 (launch 60Gb) is still working. When I turn it on it goes though the normal start-up process, and if I put a game/blu-ray in it, it will play it no problem. I can't figure out what is up, everything is working fine, and I have had it since December 2006. I haven't had to ship it to sony, or at the least look at marine-mike's thread to fix it yet.

Has anyone else had this problem? Chime in if you have so we can see how many people have never had a problem with their Ps3. If we get a lot of people with the same issue, we can petition sony to look into it.
