Default Component Video Cables

Right now Im running 6 year old top of the line monster component video cables from my high def sat box and dvd player to a Pioneer Elite projection. The cables seem to be going bad because there are subtle thin lines that go through the screen. When I wiggle the cables on the back of the TV the lines go away. Im assuming that I need to replace the video cables for both the sat box and the dvd player because problem happens for both. Im not looking buy monster cable brand because I think theyre a rip off so Im wondering where I can find high quality inexpensive cables online. Does anyone know of any good sites to buy from. Thanks.

Sounds great, they seem to be pretty cheap. Im assuming that they will look as good as the Monster Cable brand would?

Could be bad solder joints in the tv. Over time the stress of the cable weight will break solder joints. See if you can borrow cables to verify.

Don't Monster cables come with a lifetime warranty? Just get them replaced.
