That's not entirely true. He owns the rights to nothing at this point, but he certainly has a vault that I am sure contains quite a bit, which I think is what the person was asking about (do physical copies actually exist). For example, we know he has a Technicolor dye print of at least Star Wars itself in his possession.

Lucas shouldn't care what versions are out there, he can own the SE only if that's what he wants. Don't know why it's mattered so much what the fans get to own.

Now on to ranking Indy and Star Wars cause I think that's an interesting Q

Return of the Jedi
The Last Crusade
Star Wars
Raiders
Empire Strikes Back
Temple of Doom

He really doesn't care, anymore. And he hasn't really cared for awhile (before the sale).

Back around the time of the Blu-ray release, he made a statement at one of the press things that it could be done, he just wasn't interested in spending a few million of his own money to do it.

The "only one version" and "work print" nonsense was stuff he hasn't spouted fro ten years or more, it's only kept alive by fanbois.

The creators of Star Wars Rebels gave Vader eyebrows.
Like Sebastian Shaw in the untouched OT.
There are fans who claim that only the latest CGI Blu-ray Special Editions are canon and the rest isn't but according to the Disney / Lucasfilm Vader has eyebrows.
Can't wait for the untouched 4k restorations.

I noticed this too. I don't agree with the removal of the eye brows for the blu-ray release. However, it's not too hard to imagine Vader getting bested or beat-up in the 30+ years between Rebels and Return of the Jedi and losing his eyebrows somehow.

Who knows, maybe in a few seasons he'll show up and get his eye brows plucked

Wouldn't the eyebrows have been burned off on Mustafar?

I would absolutely not say no to a theatrical release of Phantom Menace on Blu-ray! Especially if they did it properly without the DNR so it looks like film instead of trying to make it look digital to go with Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.

However I see that being even LESS likely than the original unaltered trilogy coming out on Blu-ray lol.

IIRC they didn't do that as a "**** the SE" move but because they needed the eyebrow to make him emote better due to the limitations of Rebels' art style/animation. The eyebrow-less Vader is still the one considered canon.

Exactly. Face + lava = definitely no eyebrows!

Vader's eyebrows are like rocks and windows in the Star Wars universe...they magically appear and then disappear within seconds.

On A New Hope is the audio off during this scene or is Carrie Fisher just talking in a weird way?

Honestly, when you get to the point where you're analyzing the inclusion of eye brows, you are massively over-thinking Star Wars.

The canon version? It really doesn't matter. Whether you like them or not, the alterations are largely superficial and don't really affect the story much. It doesn't matter if Mos Eisley was more desolate or full of goofy aliens and giant lizards, or if there were windows at Cloud City, or if the Sarlaac pit had a beak.

Or if by the end of Jedi Darth Vader had eye brows.

The Blu-ray is awful!

The "Special Editions" were slip shod affairs with many errors.

I just hope if Lucasfilm does a true 4k restoration of the Original Uncensored Theatrical Trilogy, they give it a lot more TLC.

Uncut, unaltered, complete restoration of the OT is the only thing that could make me upgrade to 4K.

There are no other movies in the pantheon of cinema that would entice you to upgrade??
