I use to have the same problem, and we have the same receiver, unfortunately for you i don't have an answer as to how it went away, it did all by itself. I would have to turn off/on my sub manually to avoid the sound coming out of my sub when my entire system would be off. Like Big Daddy mentioned, check the cables so that there is no cross inteferience. And I did have the sheilded sub cable when this was going on...
