Was the jump from James Earl Jones to Mr Freeze to Proud Papa really too much for people? Were a lot of people getting lost along the way?

It's not hard to deduce the identity of the character. It just means nothing. There's no emotional attachment or resonance.

Is the manner in which people eat marshmallows seemingly unimportant or genuinely unimportant?

To continue the analogy: I'm sure you can work a marshmallow into just about any part of your body, but only one would count as "eating."

You can put it wherever you want but if you put it anywhere but your mouth I'm not interested in hearing about how you make s'mores.

Marshmallows are basically pure sugar that will make you sick to your stomach if you eat too many. Now if this was a Steven Spielberg thread I could see the analogy working but since it isn't...

What if I eat those s'mores before dinner instead of after?

Would that be 'invalid'?

ooooh, what if I had s'mores for dinner????

And you see Hayden as a solution to that real world problem?

Interesting.

To be honest, the whole force ghost family portrait ending always felt a little flat to me but it had nothing to do with Sebastian Shaw. I was disappointed overall with Jedi and the whole feel good victory lap epilogue didn't do much for me.

And nub nub certainly didn't help

Until we actually get to speak with someone who has watched them in chronological order without any prior knowledge of the series, we won't really know how well they are or are not. And that is the problem with prequels in general. You know what is going to happen as there are no surprises.
There is no real slow decent....Lucas even "blanked" that up!

And to be perfectly honest, you've done nothing to earn my respect either.

Your desire to have me google your name as if you're some kinda internet celebrity is kinda awkward and uncomfortable though. So congrats on that.
I'm not trying to earn your disrespect, I get my dander up when someone calls me names and takes something so inconsequential as a suggested viewing order for the Star Wars films (to solve some of the narrative structural issues) to the point of open hostility. I made that order as a lark. It caught fire, I'm still supportive of it, but at the end of the day, it's really superfluous in the grand scheme of things. Yeah, I'm flattered something I pooped out on a message board one day has blown up into this "thing", but it's all really absurd. This viewing order apparently threatens you or affects you on some level that your response is aggressive and challenging. You don't like it, cool, hombre. I don't take it seriously, I've got many other pans in the fire.

Have a great weekend.

Well, I guess I better stop trying to watch my Blu-Rays by shoving my ears and nose against the TV screen...

I am quite certain all the food Nazis would call it an extreme breach of ettiquette on the day when I replaced the buns of a hamburger with cookies, and devoured it thoroughly. I quite enjoyed the way the sweetness accentuated the savoriness of the meat.

Considering I didn't drop dead from eating in such an "invalid" manner, I have to question if there truly is any repercussions for doing other things outside the social norm - to include watching Star Wars all out of order. It's not like we're going to die, right?

There he goes, talking about respect again. It's like having some sort of pop-culture gangster roaming the boards. (Yes, even though he's on ignore I can't do anything about people quoting him. Unfortunately.)

The SW threads have got to be the most negative threads on the internet.
I know I am exaggerating, but to me it really feels like it, and it's truly sad, because SW is so much fun. I know, to me anyways.
Gotta watch the prequels again soon.

One person's fun is another person's boring slog. It's all opinion.

As long as they get Drew Struzan to do the poster, I'm good.
